Submit this form by October 28th, 2011 and your name/logo will be included on our rack cards. Thank you! All submissions will get website exposure right away plus post-race newspaper ad exposure.

For your records, a copy of your form submission will automatically be sent to the email address you specify, with the subject "April Fool's Run sponsor agreement received". The sender address will be info@foolsrun.com.
