Current Schedule
- Saturday mornings in Sechelt: 9:00am as of
September 6, meet outside Kinetic Fitness in Sechelt (Mermaid St.).
Various pace groups and distances. Get together afterwards at Wheatberries.
- Weekday interval training: Day/time varies, call Teresa at 885-8849 for specifics.
At Hackett Park in Sechelt. Meet at top baseball bleachers (Ocean and Dolphin). Intervals on grass field, great
for cross country season fitness.
- Weekday trail workout (July-Oct): Day/time varies, call Teresa at 885-8849 for specifics.
At Kinnikinnick Park in Sechelt when it hasn't been raining (otherwise a muddy mess).
Longer intervals (10 mins) / tempo runs on relatively smooth trails. Great for half marathon or 10k fitness,
as well as cross country season.
Top
